Rollify is built and maintained by one person right now. The fastest way to reach us is email, and we read everything.

Response time: usually 1-3 days. Weekends and holidays slow things down. If you don't hear back in a week, try again — emails do occasionally get caught by spam filters.

What to send

  • Bug reports. Include the page URL, what you expected vs. what happened, and your browser/device if you can. Screenshots help a lot.
  • Feature requests. What tool, what use case, what existing tool you'd compare it to. We track these and they shape the roadmap genuinely.
  • Cluster pings. If you want to be notified when a specific cluster launches (OC Makers, Fandom toolkits, RPG, Writer), email with the subject line "[cluster] ping" — e.g. "OC ping" or "Warrior Cats ping". We'll send one email on launch and nothing else.
  • Partnership / collab / press. Email with subject "partnership" and we'll route it appropriately.
  • Word-pool corrections. If a hand-curated word in any tool is wrong (an animal fact, a gamertag adjective that ages poorly, a charades phrase that doesn't make sense), let us know — we ship fixes.

What we can't help with

  • Account recovery — there are no accounts on Rollify.
  • Refunds — the site is free.
  • Removing a specific generated name from a public source — once you've used a rolled output somewhere (gamertag, Discord, etc.), how it spreads is yours to manage.

For developers

The code is closed-source for now. If you spot a security issue, please email hello@rollify.net with subject "security" rather than disclosing publicly — we'll coordinate a fix.
